PMW Unlocked 2026 is a summit for results-driven leaders in the digital ecosystem, including CMOs, Heads of Growth, Business Leaders, and Innovators eager to unlock next-generation performance channels.
Unlocked aims to provide the blueprint for Brand Builders, B2B Professionals, and Retailers alike, focusing on actionable strategies for Paid Activity Specialists and Marketers to drive growth, connect marketing directly to business outcomes, and secure a competitive advantage.

Speaking about the event to be held at London’s Business Design Centre, Robin Langford, editor of Performance Marketing World, said:
“We're delighted to welcome back the Influencer Marketing Trade Body as a partner for PMW Unlocked, our most ambitious live event yet. The creator economy – from influencer marketing to social commerce – has never been more dynamic, and our expansive agenda will reflect that vitality.
“I'm equally pleased to have IMTB Director General and founder Scott Guthrie returning as a moderator. His expertise and enthralling presentation style made him an audience favourite last year, and we're eager to benefit from his insights once again.
“We look forward to welcoming IMTB members, who can take advantage of their exclusive discount to join us for a next-gen marketing event you can't miss!”
2026 marks the fourth annual PMW Unlocked conference. IMTB has been there every step of their way as media partner for all four years. The event is now well established within the industry calendar for practitioners wanting to go beyond traditional performance. PMW Unlocked programming blends brand, creativity, data, and growth designed to lead the next wave of marketing.

Launched in October 2021 with six founding members, the IMTB now counts circa. 30 progressive creator economy companies as members.
IMTB represents influencer marketing on the Committee of Advertising Practice ("CAP"), the UK advertising’s rule-making body.
It co-owns the Influencer Marketing Code of Conduct alongside ISBA. The Code aims to standardise good practices and guidance with brands, agencies and creators. It covers areas including disclosure, transparency, pay parity, and effective representation.
IMTB sits on the government's Online Advertising Taskforce as part of its influencer marketing workstream.
IMTB co-runs the Digital Creators All-Party Parliamentary Group, designed as a forum for creators to engage policymakers - acting as a vital bridge between the UK’s creators and Westminster
IMTB is an Advertising Association member. Our director general sits on the AA's council.
In 2024 IMTB co-founded the European Influencer Marketing Alliance - a federation of professional influencer marketing organisations across Europe. EIMA provides a unified voice for creator economy constituents to regulators, legislators, media, academics and other key stakeholders at a time of tremendous growth within the industry but also a time of increased legislative and regulatory scrutiny.
Member organisations sign up to our code of conduct when joining the IMTB. The code articulates specific requirements for members. These are the behaviours that members must demonstrate when they are providing business services and ensure our members are always responsible, accountable, transparent and competent.
